I have been buying pandora for years. I love the quality of the products. Every year there new items in which I love.

The sales staff at your store in the Monmouth mall in NJ is very helpful and knowledgeable of your product. They always welcome you and if busy they say we will be with you as soon as we can.

The sales associates were very friendly and authentic. They were very helpful in assisting me to pick out a ring. I didn't feel rushed or pressure while I was shopping.

My husband and I were purchasing Christmas presents for my daughter and granddaughter. Our salesperson, Lianne, was very helpful. She helped us pick out Disney charms for our granddaughter. My husband also purchased earrings for me, and again our salesperson just knew what I wanted. I enjoy coming to Pandora because I am not pressured into buying something I may not want.

The associate who helped be was very nice and we had a conversation about a video I purchased before coming to the store. And the charm I purchased was great because it comes with two and I can keep one and give the other charm as a gift.

The associate at the store was very kind and helpful she went out her way to find what i was looking for in my size through the merchandise that was out and in the back which I thought was very professional of her.
