I had a specific item in mind. Tahlia, the employee, listened attentively and could not have been more attentive and listened skillfully. She also had a very pleasant manner. Overall, I found the sales help friendly and welcoming.

This store is my favorite to go to at Monmouth. The sales people are very helpful and always show you the newest pieces of Pandora that have arrived.

I was highly satisfied with my most recent Pandora experience, as I generally am with the Pandora at Monmouth Mall. The store was not very busy at the time, so I was very lucky and appreciative to have the assistance of three sales associates. They each contributed their skill and recommendations in selecting charms to purchase and build a new bracelet.

I purchased a Pandora ring in the Bahamas and one of the stones fell out. The store manager graciously provided me with an exchange without question. I greatly appreciate that type of service which is rare these days. This will be my new go to Pandora store.🥰
