I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because I was greeted as always, given top notch assistance and skilled help in making my purchase choices.

As usual, I was highly satisfied with my most recent Pandora experience. I shopped at the Monmouth Mall store and was fortunate to have Stephanie as my sales assistant. She was very helpful in selecting the perfect charm/s to add to my new bracelet that I purchased. She has helped me in the past in selecting the perfect pieces to enhance my bracelets, necklaces, etc.

The two girls that were working were very friendly and were able to help me with my exchange. She was having trouble finding the account but then we found out it was because the ring was purchased somewhere else. However she was still able to process the exchange for me which was very nice of her to do. I would definitely come back to this location!

I love shopping at the store because of the staff

Associates were very helpful. Cleaned my bracelets and rearranged the charms so they flow better. They recommended certain pieces. Very friendly!
