The sales associate was extremely helpful and patient with me. I was buying gifts for 2 different people, as well as myself. She was so patient with me, and helped me find the perfect bracelets for my sisters. She actually taught me how to wear the bracelet with different charms, I had NO idea the charms affect the fit! I ended up buying a second bracelet for myself so I have the options of wearing bigger charms!
