There was no waiting in line and the sale clerk help to the merchandise for what i was looking for as a gift for someone.

The sales associates a very friendly and easy to talk to to know what my needs are

They cleaned my bracelet and charms on the spot they. They put on my charms with no problem. Very fast with helping me select a charm and figure out what I wanted because I had no idea what charms I wanted next.

It was our first visit to the store and they new right from the start how to approach and be able to friendly and get your sense of style right off the back. Great performance and personalities and experience very greatful for the experience. TY.
