Love this store at Monmouth. Everyone is very friendly and helpful with merchandise.

The sales staff were so welcoming and knowledgeable of every product and gave me complete attention and other customers, too. After my purchase, I left the store feeling extremely satisfied!

Clean environment, selection I was looking for and Fernanda is one of the most friendly people I've ever encountered in a retail setting.

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The store manager Stephanie went above and beyond. I came into the store the day prior to ask her what the policy was regarding a bracelet that broke. She was kind enough to look up my order and told me that when I came back with the bracelet she would swap it out for a new one. I came back the following day to a brand new bracelet that she had transferred from another location. Now that’s fast service!! I was so happy with Stephanie and the whole stores customer service that I purchased 3 new rings as well. Thanks Pandora in the Monmouth Mall!! I will continue to do all my Pandora shopping at that location.
