I have been looking for a silver anniversary gift for my wife for over a month, without much success or progress. I just happen to go past Pandora, having never been there before (not a guy's store). The associate was amazing. She walked me thru options, listened, and picked-out the perfect gift(s) for my wife. I could not have been more pleased. She was friendly, attentive and super familiar with your products. And she engaged in conversation about my wife and two daughters (who love Pandora).

I was greeted warmly by the sales associate. She made recommendations after listening to my wish list. She seemed highly knowledgeable of the options.

They were very accommodating to my requests. Cleaned a pair of earrings that I had previously purchased . I had a very good experience.

The girls that helped me to clean my jewelry and assist me in purchasing more charms were extremely helpful and very friendly it was a pleasure to shop in the store
