every visit i fall in love with new charms, heading back for my wine charm The staff is always pleasant Heather was so patient and she look for every charm i ask her to see and advise of the merchandise that was on sale discount and even explain the credit card offer, very knowledgeable and she went the extra mile, it was my anniversary and my husband surprise me with the anniversary charm. pandora should bring more pet charms and male charms i think this will be a big hit thank you and i will head back this weekend for more charms..
