I went to the store to discuss the Pandora 2020 collection. The mgr was bale to give me detailed info I went to purchase charms for my bracelet some we out of stock. I asked if they could help me do the order online and i was advised that they do not do that i would have to do it myself.

The Personell was very friendly once we arrived. They offer their help and were very helpful finding what we were looking for.

The quality service, the respect and time they all take to take care the customer. Ilove all the sales person but Kenny is my favorite, he know exactly other time i go to the store.

the lady who took care of me, was rather young and surprisingly super professional and knowledgeable. she was dedicated to helping me get the very best which i highly appreciate. you do not get that often from younger sales associates.

The Sales associate Daniela was extremely patient and knowledgeable. Daniela helped me find charms to add to my bangle that were lovely. Daniela has a great disposition and readiness to help customers find a good selection. Daniela made the experience at Pandora very pleasant even though the bracelet I wanted was out of stock. Daniela took my information to contact me when the bracelet was back in stock.

Sales person very pleasant and took time to help me with issues on securing bracelet on. Also close to my home.
