Actually I believe in 10 days im been in the store 2 times, in my first visit the associate (karina) was really patience, friendly and sweet and my second visit 2 days ago the manager David he made my day he so kind, sweet , his customer setvices is unique., love the store and honestly every single time that I go to this store in particular my experience is amazing, this pandora store is located at woodbride mall in new jersey...i give 10 of 10

I always love getting rings from pandora! I he staff is usually so friendly and have a lot of knowledge when I ask questions. It’s always a great experience!

Kenny was amazing! He made it easy for me to find items and added on even more! He rearranged my charms on my bracelet so they are balanced and it looks so much nicer. He was patient, knowledgeable, and so sweet. I just need 1 more charm to fill my bracelet so I will definitely be back soon.

Heather was so attentive and patience with me. it was my first time buying anything from Pandora. She took her time to help my select the pieces I wanted and I truly love my purchases.

Customer service rep was really nice! She recommended new charm options and recommended a chain/stoppers so my bracelet doesn’t slip off. She was helpful and let me try on as many charms as I wanted. She also weighed in on what length the pandora charm bracelet should be.
