My experience with jewelry stores haven’t been the greatest due to the sales person judging or trying to up sell me on things But my visit to this particular pandora was amazing as I walked in the store with I was greeted very kindly and with smiles which is great most of the stores in the mall everyone just looks at you but as we walk in everything look extremely clean and neat and all the rules were being follow due to the pandemic as i was looking Kenny ask me if I need it some assistance or if i was looking for something in particular which i was its my girlfriends birthday and she always wanted a Pandora bracelet and to be honest i dint know where to start and Kenny was amazing on guiding me through the whole process and show me the right measurements and charms for the bracelet and after all was said and done my girlfriend is very very satisfied with her birthday gift and i would also like to add that Kenny was great and very knowledgeable of your products and i would like to thank the other girl that took care of us she was very knowledgeable on the products also and guide to find the Peruvian charms which would look great on my girlfriend wrist.
