This was my first experience shopping with Pandora and I had no idea what to expect, however, the associate was very knowledgeable and super helpful with helping my sister and I learn the differences between bracelets and charms. She also gave great advice on how to select charms and keep the bracelet looking "well-balanced". This trip was for our mother on Mothers Day, but I totally want Pandora jewelry for myself now.

I wouldn’t say highly satisfied, but very satisfied. I looked up what I wanted on line and went to the store with hopes that it was in stock at this location and it was. With COVID protocol in place I can’t be mad at how slow the store operates when there’s others that just can’t make their mind up. Other than that everything thing else was fine.
