I came in to simply replace my charm bracelet. I left the store with my initial intended purchase, a gold charm bracelet, a ring. I also walked out a new Pandora card holder. Service was great and the people were very friendly and professional.

It was smooth sailing my entire visit. I walked in to replace my charm bracelet size, and walked out with an additional gold charm bracelet, and a ring along with a Pandora credit card. I don't know if it was the people, my purchase (the amount of money I spent in retail therapy) or all of them but I felt amazing after I walked out of the store.

The associates were very friendly and assisted me in the charms I was looking for to buy. My only comment is they were trying to get me to buy more clips which would secure my charms. I told them I wasn’t interested. I’m slowly adding to the charm to my bracelet since the pricing is a little high. I informed both workers at separate times that unless they had a promotion where I bought a certain amount then I would receive a discount that I would purchase another charm. They told me no which is fine. But then they asked again. Overall they were nice and very informative and left very happy with the charms that I did purchase
