I am dissatified with my product that was purchased for my birthday on May 1, 2018. I will never!!!!! purchase anything from PANDORA again!!!! I have 4 PANDORA bracelets, each with over $1000.00 worth of charms. 2 pair of earrings. Both of my Daughters have bracelets. My aunts and cousins. I have purchased from PANDORA for many years, NEVER AGAIN!!!!! YOUR ASSOCIATES NEED ALITTLE MORE TRAINING AND KNOWLEDGE OF YOUR PRODUCTS.

The sales person did not know where anything was. I was standing at the counter looking at the case , a sales person came up and basically forced us out of the way no excuse me pardon me or anything . The entire staff was rude. I have multiple full bracelets of pandora and am a pandora card holder. This store was the absolute worste experience with pandora and i don’t know that I would even go back to a pandora store at all after this. I felt like I was an inconvience to the sales staff and they were more concerned with their own personal conversations
