The customer service was horrific. I didnt like the way the employee talked to me like it was trying to get rid of ne instead of showing me what I was looking for.

Sales associate had absolutely no understanding of what I was looking for even though I specifically asked to see all bracelet charms. When I finally picked out a couple that I liked, I asked the price of each individual charm. EVERY PRICE I WAS GIVEN WAS INCORRECT! When I was checking out at the register, I was given a completely different total than originally told. I told the person ringing up my items what price I was told for which items and the only response I got was “well, this is the price.” I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PANDORA EVER AGAIN! They’re lack of customer care is abismal.

Everything was going okay until when I opened my box the next day. I was supposed to receive 2 free charms from part of the deal going on right now. When purchasing, I reminded the lady at the cashier that I should get 2 free charms. She would've known since my subtotal is over 250. So she went out of the cashier talked to another guy working and came back. She told me she had put in two free charms and closed the box, packed it in the bag. I of course trusted her words, and left the store but when I already arrived home, there was only 1. Now this triggered my memory of all the frustrations I experienced in the store. The saleslady was almost forcing me to buy items that I already kindly said no to. Okay I assumed it's just part of her job but it still was an uncomfortable experience for me. So I really need a feedback on this. I want my charm sent to me. Or I will return everything to that store. It's not because of the charm I did not get, it's from the disappointment I felt from Pandora.

Customer service Rep was very very rude The time they had me waiting. I just wanted my bracelets to be clean. They told me the store was too busy to clean my bracelet.

I went there to purchase i got clips and 4 charms and noticed my bracelet the more they cleaned the more dirty they get. I was told oh well its probably the lotion you wear. The funny thing is i am completely allergic to perfume or lotions. You guys are not a cheap store and money don't grow on trees to be treated that way.

The leadership in this store is horrible. I called there because my daughter was having issues with a return and when a return, no one answered the phone providing their name or their role. Daniella (after asking her name and title), was very curt and dismissive I was talking to her. Atahya, never gave, answered the phone like she was talking to her friend on the phone and didn't find anything wrong with her unprofessional behavior. I understand every company has policies and procedures to follow, but your service should be consistent and great. I've been in this store a few times and refuse to purchase out of there because of this sub-par behavior. When I asked for the district or regional managers name, they both told me they were not allowed to give this out, which I know is untrue. Daniella told me I have to submit my complaint via the survey.

WORST PANDORA STORE I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO. STORE MANAGER DANIELA WAS COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT AND DOES NOT UNDERSTAND THE TERM CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHE WANTED TO PITCH HER STATEMENT YET WAS NOT LISTENING. NEVER WILL I RETURN TO THIS PANDORA AGAIN. SPENT SO MUCH MONEY HERE AND THE SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE.
