Associate gave a price got to register Norma was very rude and unprofessional! Very unkind. They give adjustments for there kind only and I told her because I witnessed it!

This store is ridiculous. Worst experience ever! We were being stared at and watched by 3 associates. We had 2 people come up to us to ask if we need help. My mom and I said we are looking for a new charm for our bracelets but that we don't know what we want so we were going to look at the displays first. The first associate said ok we are over here when you are ready or want to see others. Then another associate came up and we once again said we want charms for our bracelet and don't know what we want so are looking. She said we are not allowed to look at the displays and we have to come to the counter. Honestly at this point we should have left but we didn't. At the counter two more ladies came over to 'help' and we were asked a few more times what we want. They had an issue when we didn't know and wanted to see the charms. Then she offered to show us the gold ones on other side and when we asked what else she has since she only showed us one tray she snapped and said it's the same as the other side. They wouldn't let us actually look at anything and kept staring at us and didn't let us see charms. We finally bought something because we wanted new charm but never coming back!

Sales person was not knowledgeable of the merchandise and was not friendly. She had a major attitude and I basically helped myself. I reported her to a manager who agreed the behavior was unacceptable. I have spent thousands on pandora and I’m very unhappy.

Sales associated didn’t try hard enough to look for what we want it . I look and found myself when she said that there was any at all .

The sales lead, Michelle, was unprofessional during my visit. I purchased charms during your free bracelet promotional sale on September 25, 2021. I made the mistake of ordering bracelets that were too large. I understand that there is a 30 day return policy, however, I did not actually receive the bracelets until September 29, 2021. The sales lead, Michelle, at the Woodbridge, NJ store was unprofessional on addressing my exchange. She made a big deal about exchanging the unopened bracelets. The bracelets are still in the sealed baggies and box they were shipped in from your company. She informed me she would exchange them this time because of your 30 day exchange policy. I would have been able to exchange in a timely manner, however, I was operated on and I am unable to drive. She only perked up when a question about contacting customer service was asked.

I tried to exchange a braclet that keeps opening up. My wife lost 3 charms. Rep told me it’s 6 weeks past the warranty date. Told me to call customer service. I did and they couldn’t find my info. they said can’t get info on In store purchase.
