The sales associate was not friendly at all, very slow, and acted like she did not want to help me

The sales person was friendly and very helpful throughout the visit, but became dry and withdrawn when I did not take all of her suggestions. Another sales person stared blankly at me which was a bit strange. At check out, someone who seemed to be the manager was on the phone the entire time. Their demeanor was as if my purchase was a burden to them. They tossed my purchase on the counter and told the person on the phone "oh, I'm just dealing with a customer".. she was incredibly rude. Anyone who purchases your products, regardless of how much or little they choose to spend should be treated with respect. Customers are what make your business successful. If she needed to be on the phone or was stressed, she could have handled that in the back stockroom, but do not negatively impact the experience of customers and the success of the store by acting the way she did.

I went to get my first pandora bracelet Libia helped me she is very good at her job.Saldy the store non of the bracelets I wanted.But Libia helped me and she convinced me to get a certain bracelet which I love and then she showed me different charms loved them.But again sadly the charm that I wanted was either discontinued or sold out.But I did purchase my bracelet and Harry Potter charm and something else to keep the charms from falling.The thing that I did not like was when the manager came out and she had an attitude when I was paying for what I purchased she made me feel uncomfortable she was telling me if the bracelet is for me or for somelse but with a bad attitude .I will not return to the pandora in Woodbridge nj did not like the manager attitude. I went to pandora to purchase a ring. The ring was not in stock at the store so the associate persuaded me to place and order there. I paid full price for the item, it is now 7 days later and I am still without the item. I’ve called the store multiple times and no one seems to know when it will come in. This is a gift for valentine day, had I been informed that it would take longer than a week for the item to arrive I would have seeked to purchase the item at a different location.

Salesperson rushed me through the whole experience of looking for a charm for friends bracelet. Told me I had to buy separators otherwise pandora wouldn’t stand behind the bracelet. Didn’t feel welcomed to be in the store, just rushing me ask8ng me which one did I want ? Are you purchasing this one ?

There were lots of sales clerks but somehow they were all unavailable to help or take over from Breeana who was organizing merchandise when I asked her to help me. Whenever Breeana would go to look for the charms, she’d ask me to wait by s specific area like the mirror or a particular section of the counter. Why can’t I roam around the store freely? I didn’t like that so I ignored that and went wherever I wanted.

I was not satisfied with my Pandora experience at the Woodbridge location due to lack of inventory. Every Pandora charm that I really liked the sales associate would say yes we have it and then say no we don’t sorry. If she couldn’t locate the exact charm she showed us something else but not even similar. I went in to buy 10 charms and left with only 2, one of which was not on my list but I liked it in the showcase.

Pandora is my ultimate favorite type of jewelry but the customer service that I received in Pandora Woodbridge mall was horrible. The employees did not even acknowledge me at first and seemed like they did not want to help me. I wanted to leave that store immediately but chose to stay due to the fact that that location was the closest to me. Not only did I receive horrible customer service but I had to 30 minutes for the cashier to take care of us while she was taking a personal phone call. The store looked disgusting with coffee spills on the counter and 5 employees having their own conversation about inappropriate actions they did while there were little children in the store. I honestly will never return to that store ever again. Fortunately I do enjoy the jewelry so I will go to another store nearby but that particular store should close down immediately.

I was completely disappointed in the salesperson Jessica(# 236068). She was not our salesperson Bidisa was and when I inquired if Bidisa would get credit for the sale Jessica said yes but she did not in fact ring up our over $200 transaction under Bidisa’s name. I found that dishonest. If Jessica would do that to her team member she is not a sales associate I want to deal with. Bidisa was very helpful and should be commended for her calm and patience as we browsed the store for a birthday gift.
