The sales associate seemed annoyed. The bracelets she showed me in the booklet were not available or discontinued (she should’ve informed me when she gave me the booklet so we don’t waste each other’s time). The wait to checkout was unacceptable... counted 12 sales associates and out of 2 registers, only 1 was in use. Please upgrade to iPads or some sort of handheld device to checkout ESPECIALLY during the holidays.

The sales person kept pushing other items when I already said I just wanted a charm.. And still kept pushing spacer and that was after I said the person I was buying the charm for already had spacers and I did not want to spend a lot of money.. Seemed like she was more concerned about commission rather then what the customer wanted..

This is not my first visit to the Woodbridge Pandora. While this visit was fine because there was a whole different staff and I went in knowing exactly what I wanted, my first experience was the worst. My first visit to the Woodbridge store was my first time in any Pandora store. I went in to buy a gift for a friend but I was interested in getting my first bracelet. I told the associate that I did not want to spend too much on my first bracelet. However, instead of try accommodate my needs she takes me to the more expensive bracelets. Since I was new to this brand I did not know there were cheaper options. She also tried to sell me different items but with false advertisement. I ended up getting the essence bracelet without really being told how limited the charm options are. I tell the staff that I want something yellow and they show me the gold charms. I pick a charm and I’m not told a price but my fault was that I did not ask either. The charm was overpriced so I went back to exchange it. That is when I was treated like a burden. The only reason I returned to this store to buy a gift was for the convenience of it being the closets to me. I do not plan to return ever again.

The associate gave me a product that I now have to go and exchange again. The clasp on the bracelet opens very easily and came off my arm. I will return this and I'm upset about it.

The engraved charm that I bought one letter came out wrong and the seller didn't show it to me. Just packed it and gave me the enclosure charm. I realized it didn't come out right after I left the store and checked the charm.

I was disappointed that I was over 30 days (my fault). the item was never used, I had to buy another item. the sales lady was nice. but I felt it could have been exchanged.

After the sale person finished with me the person that completed my order and the manager asked like I was the one that pulled the items that i purchased they had to measure my items like three time as if I'm the one that pulled the items and wrote down the item numbers. If I was an other color they wouldn't have tried to check the measurement on the two chains that I brought four times.

I had a ring ordered to the store for pick up and for three months I got no information about the ring and it’s whereabouts. Every-time I called they just gave me an excuse saying oh it’s just not in. Then one lady told me they no longer have that ring available anymore and I would not be receiving my ring and did not even offer to let me choose something else or get a refund. Finally I got fed up and returned to the store and demanded to know what was going on and low and behold guess what they had the ring that I had paid for over 5 months ago. There communication during Covid-19 was great but once they reopened they couldn’t even tell me anything about the purchase I made.
