Last chance window had a heart neck chain. Price quoted $175. My cousin just paid $121. Days before! He said ok $121. I do believe he was going to pocket the difference!!

The crew were talking to each other instead of moving the line faster. The line was long and they seemed not to care

I found that it was very rude that it was over ten of us in the line to check out and the sales associates requested that the people with the pandora credit card go first. We were all waiting over 30 minutes to check out at that point and it made all the rest of us feel unappreciated it. It also made me feel like my time did not matter only the people with a credit. This was my first time purchasing at pandora and I most likely will not be going back due to this experience.

I've been in the Woodbridge, NJ store before and the only reason for my return was the current sale promotion. A lot of items were not available. I've recently stopped in to have my bracelets cleaned and upon them being returned to me, they seemed a little lite; not happy but I don't have the photos and didn't think to take my own. On this visit I noticed that no one had on name tags, identifying themselves or the fact that they are sales reps; not a very professional look for such a jewelry store.

Actual value is much less than monitory value and prices are way too high. Rest the concept is good.

Hi I was looking to purchase 2 rings for my sisters (they are 16 and 17 years old) and the sales representative wasn’t able to find their sizes and/or the rings I liked. I’m unable to shop for a long period of time due to having a little one in the stroller it’s difficult to leave the house let alone make a few trips to the mall. Although the staff and everyone working there were fantastic and very professional at their job my trip was somewhat of a disappointment solely due to not being able to find the right ring selection or the size. Thank you for understanding
