Some of the bracelets were in limited stock - I was unable to get the flexible essence bracelet, however, because of that, I tried the bangle as suggested by the jewelry specialist and ended up loving it more than the essence bracelet, anyway.

Everyone in the store was really nice, they try their best to resolve my problem. The best part was that the did resolve it!

The person serving us didn’t listen to my likes about what charms I might be interested in she kept assisting in showing me dangles when I ask for regular beaded charms and there selection of charms they had at the store was minimum it seemed like she wanted to get rid off f charms that people didn’t want to buy.

I placed an order online for an in store pick up. I called to follow up and was told the order will be processed when they have time because the store was busy. I needed the item that day and was concerned the items selected would be out of stock. The order was cancelled 5 minutes before parking at the mall after the response I received over the phone. I get to the store and all the items are available.

Well the store sushi at that did my purchase I believe she was new and it took so long and she put my Pandora on my bracelet wrong and upside down indicating that she did not know oh what she was doing or she was distracted with other things going on in the store

The store allowed 10 people including the staff. There was about 6 staff members with half of them were standing around doing nothing but talking to each other which left less room for paying customers

Purchased the bracelet. Made my nail break trying to open the bracelet. Not worth it and will be returning.
