Pandora Jewelry

i went to the store with specific items in mind. The experience was ok. The feel of the store wasn't as exciting as I've felt in other locations, i.e. Short Hills and Garden State Plaza.

They didn’t have what I was looking for.

It's a great store but my first visit. The employee that helped was very patient with my mom. He let her take her time.

The sales associates are a bit pushy. My recommendation is they should work with the customer to get what they want to buy, promotions should not be shoved down their throats to spend three times what they had intended to buy.

The store was busy and I was looking through a pamphlet at the charms and one of the sales associates came and asked could she see the book only to give it to someone else who as doing the same thing I was doing. If I didn't need those charms that my wife wanted I would have walked out right then and there. And when she was told what had happened she just looked at me. Didn't offer an apolofy or anything.

I was not completely highly satisfied with my pandora experience because it took over a month to resolve my issue concerning a special order. There had been a lot of miscommunications amongst the staff in regards to the where abouts of the special order. But I’m happy that it intact did get resolved

I like all the styles of charms. I also like that pandora is located in many places.And most of all I customer service is great,

My experience with Michael was awesome. Unfortunately I had my 5yr. old with me so I couldn't stay too long.

There was not much communication. Simple in and out to have highly satisfied experience.
