I went on a Saturday afternoon. It was crowded with limited space to move around and see merchandise.

Was very satisfied

Great experience the prices are a little higher though

i was highly satisfied with the experience because when i came in they greeted me and my sister as we came in and had someone assist me right away. the young man who assisted me stayed me and focused on helping me find a ring which i liked most. I like that he did not break away from me to help someone else.

I think the sales representative I was working with rushed me a little bit. I understand they do the same thing every day, but each person is different. I am not entirely familiar with pandora and all the charms, clasps or clips so I did not like feeling rushed.

I love pandora. I spent a little more than expected. I still purchased the items though

I was totally satisfied ,but the one thing that bothered me was that it was just way over crowded in there on that day and it was a little frustrating trying to buy a birthday gift for my mother with a swarm of people all over me and trying to think with all the noise was uneasy too.

A very small,tight store.

I do not feel that 10% off should only be given to store card holders or if you open one. The sales associate was nice. I picked out the merchandise I was looking for. She waited while i picked out what I liked. I was satisfied with the visit. In order to be highly satisfied, I would have to say the service was above and beyond which it was not, although it was satisfactory.
