The prices are too expensive. The location is too small. No free gift when purchasing so much.

The salesperson Amanda was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the people above her failed to tell her that the promotion of the jewelry box was sold out. I understood that it was while supplies last but it is something they should make aware to the customers, especially since we bought more than we intended do to the promotion. Once we spoke to someone higher up than her, he informed us he would give us two cosmetic bags instead after bragging how amazing the jewelry promotion box were. Once we got to the total, we were $25 short. Because of that, we only got one instead of two. It made no sense for us to buy anything to reach the total considering there is nothing in stock or on sale for $25. If you tell us you would give us two cosmetic box in replace but do not tell us the same rules apply, what kind of service do you expect us to come back to. Very unsatisfied customer.

The specific item I was looking for was not in their stock.

I was just satisfied.

I have no complaints.

Store is very small

The 2 stores I went to didn’t have the items I went there for not stocked very well... I will possibly have to make another trip just to get what I want.. inconvenience

Some of the Jewellery looked tarnished even though they were new and never worn.
