My only issue (as a man - my wife LOVES your merchandise) is the price (of course, after all I am paying for it) and the number of charms available. You need a bigger selection for professions. Really, more women are going to Pandora who are in careers and charms that note that would be big sellers. My daughter is a news anchor. How about a charm of a TV or a news camera?

Pandora charms that I purchased had finger prints on them. New charms should be received in a plastic material or cleaned before being sold

I was given a snowflake charm as a gift. It broke (it was a dangling charm). I wanted to exchange it for a replacement, but as I did not have the receipt, was not able to make an exchange. I purchase often from this seller, and often online as well. My daughters also buy from the store.

On this particular visit, I had no issues besides feeling a bit rushed and pressured to make a purchase. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, but I felt I couldn’t take my time in choosing new charms for my bracelet. However, my boyfriend had went into the same location the day prior, and the associate who was helping him was very rude and did not seem to want to help him pick anything out. He ended up leaving the store empty handed. I understand the holidays are a crazy time, but taking the time to help customers make a decision goes a long way.

I TOOK 3 OF MY BRACELET TO GET CLEAN AND WHEN I PICKED UP A 1HR AND A HALF LATER THE CHARMS WHERE STILL DIRTY. I HAD TO ASK THE SALESPERSON IF THIS WAS THE COLOR OF THE CHARM. I WAS UNSATISFIED WITH THE CLEANING. I ALSO PURCHASED A ANOTHER BRACELET. I LOVE PANDORA BUT I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE CLEANING.
