I ask about the gift box. Is it for sale.as much as we pay for this jewelry we should be able to purchase a nice box.

The sale person wasn’t very nice or professional

I was there to have a ring cleaned, which they did. But because of wear and tear on the ring the brilliance of the stones was not good.

It was a nice experience no problem every thing was fine

The store was very small and crowded.

Overall it was a driwndly environment

My visit went pretty well. The person helping me wasn't exactly sure where all the merchandise were. Everyone was friendly but everything I needed to exchange had to keep being checked or approved by the manager which I understand it was just very time consuming. Overall I was pretty satisfied.

Had to come back after purchase because the end cap was stripped and not staying on the bangle bracelet - so for that reason only this purchase was a hassle.
