Solongy was a terrific sales person. She explained many tidbits about the bracelet. She also offered many options that i took advantage of too add to the bracelet i was purchasing.

Sales associate was helpful. She knew what merchandise was available. She assisted immediately.

First time in this store and the help i go from Karen the manager and her associate Sabrina was outstanding. I had order 3 charms from the internet, two was in this store and the third one was in another store, with, there help i was able to purchase them in this store. I also bought three more charm from them. That's how great service i got from them.
