Waited over an hour to get into the store

I love the attention they give to me always pleasant helpful and understanding.

I always get fast service the staff is amazing gives me undivided attention makes me feel comfortable warm and welcomed

Had to wait in line over 1/2 HOUR.I prefer Menlo Park over your Woodbridge Store.

pandora representative did not wanted for me to touch anything just wanted me to buy by the look. while i didnt see any sign that says you cant touch. Jewerly is to be appreciated by touch and sight.

The employees were really nice they helped you very polite people helped me try my jewelry on asked would I like to get anything else.

I was disappointed that the steam cleaning machine wasn't available to clean my bracelet and charms.
