I love pandora

This store is very small. No room to move past people. Can't social distance. I have a store closer to me that I usually shop in that is larger. The only reason I went to this store was they has a charm the other was was out of.

Good costumer Service Quality of product

Price seems high

Did not have the rose gold ring in any size. My charm broke and they would not replace.

Some items were sold out

Just waiting in line to get in the store. Other than the long wait everything & everyone was very friendly & knowledgeable about the items I wanted

The only problem that I had was the lady Caught an attitude with my daughter when when she was trying rings on. Other than that everyone else was very nice. The guy that check us out was very nice to us. The store was very clean and safe. I mean there’s a line to get in but the line goes very fast. The only problem like I said that I had was the lady caught an attitude with my sixteen year old daughter. My daughter said that she was very rude to her while she was trying on the ring. Hopefully the next time that we come and visit the store we’ll have someone else.
