The sales assitant arent polite when you get insiste the store, they didnt say hello to the costumers, im my experience, i has to wait too much time to get help with my purchase.

I was highly satisfied with this store. I likely wouldn’t come back in 90 days because this pandora is far away from my home. This pandora had very good service though.

More variables neckless

Well I received a bracelet as a gift that broke and unfortunately they couldn’t do anything for me but to offer me a phone number to call . It’s not even an option to have the bracelet fixed. So needless to say I wasn’t happy with that. I don’t have time to spend on the phone trying to give all this information about the person that gave it to me as a present just so I can have them say I’m sorry we can’t help you. All I wanted to do is go to the store and have the bracelet repaired and pay for it to get repaired if I had to being that the warranty was up.

Because the size of the items were too small for the price of the merchandise.

I wasn't fully satisfied with my experience because at the end of my purchase, the store didn't have any more Pandora shopping bags. I was given my item in a pandora box which was fine, but felt it didn't fully compensate for the proper process. This is no fault of the associate, who was wonderful, but the Pandora corporation should better provide their employess with the right stock so all customers could get the best Pandora expreience.

I went for a charm that i see in online and went to the store to see in person and the charm look very small and the quality didn’t like my satisfaction

Service was quick and efficient, with the attitude of the employees attending me only making the experience more pleasant, this level of satisfaction is only achieved by few establishments, making it very likely for me to come back.
