Pandora Jewelry

The quality is not as great as I thought. I went to exchange some of my charms that already lost the color and the only thing I got offered was a wash which didn't bring the original color to it. Pandora is really expensive and it shouldn't turn black and if does I should have warranty like it says on the receipt.

Wish they had bracelet in newer condition in the size I wanted. Packaging and bag is not as high quality than in the past.

I just wish they had more of a selection. If the Disney charms. But I understand it was a few days before Valentine’s Day but still.

A little pricey, the little spacer things that separate the charms start at $45 !!

I felt rushed but I guess that may have been because how busy the store was on a Saturday. Even thought Christmas is over. Not sure if they were short staffed or just busy.

The sales associate was somewhat nice and showed us the charms on sale but there wasn’t much charms to see. I feel like if there’s a 50% off sale maybe make sure you have a lot other then 10 charms. But all in all I got a few of the charms I wanted and for that I am happy.

I felt like I was rushed when looking for a charm. The sales associate didn’t offer me to look at any charms. I felt like she was rushing me and didn’t wanna take her time with me

Too small of a store to shop, didnt have the space to see actual jewelry
