The didn't have the exactly product that I was looking for

The sales lady was nice. I believe her name was Solanyi. After we began working with her, multiple other people were jumping in almost like they were trying to take her sale. It also seemed like we were being rushed out. Also we were given the wrong charm. Luckly it was caught before we left. I kept asking to see the bracelet so I can double check. It took a while for them to let me see the bracelet. Over all I was happy with Solanyi.

Daniela was very knowledgeable about merchandise and very helpful with questions and concerns .

It was very fast. The machine didn’t pick up my card at first but then it’s fine. Everything else was fine.

As advertised if you spend more then $150.00 you get a free bracelet. We were never told they didn’t have anymore. We were actually looking forward to the free bracelet. Online you could order and pick up your order and they ship the free bracelet to you. I don’t understand why that wasn’t an option in store to order the free bracelet and have it shipped home or even to the store. You could even have a rain check or coupon to come back and get the free bracelet. Not only does your company win so does the customer. When the customer comes back to get their free bracelet it will get them to buy another thing they just saw and like.
