Because I was new to Pandora and had several Pandora Gift cards, Meagan took the time to me show how to dress up my Pandora bracelet. She asked what do I like, colors etc to assist with my purchase, as well as what I want to purchase when I go back in October. I love how they take time with you to pick what you like. I have always had a good experience even during the holidays where the lines are long. each person is still sweet and nice.

I had an issue with one of the sales clerks who refused to exchange a bracelet which kept coming down on my wrist; she claimed it was from wear/tear and I barely wore the bracelet more than 2 times because it was a problem with it slipping down my wrist. The manager did resolve the issue and explained the scenario and did issue me a new bracelet because the one I had was damaged!!

The sales associate seemed to have a problem by making a face when i wanted to see something in person and not buy it although I was already making a purchase for something else and just wanted to see another charm in person
