I was highly satisfied with my experience because I first called on the phone to assure that they had items that I wanted. The sales person asked me to call right back but before I could call her she called me back. Once I got to the store she had the items I called about and once there I ended up up purchasing 5 more items.

I needed the Buddy charm and the Shopping charm so I called Shanelle at Woodbridge Center and she assured me Buddy was there but Shopping was out of stock. She recommended other charms. Later I walked in the store saw Shanelle and Krystina with my list and quickly bought my items. I normally hate shopping but this was a wonderful and quick experience. It made me happy. Thanks to your employees I found great presents for my friends. I will be back to the store to buy new charms and to visit my new helpers. Carmen Pereira
