Although it was the day before Christmas Eve, this is the smallest Pandora store in my area but i was able to have EXCELLENT customer service and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable with their products. I was able to get everything i wanted.

Easy going experience. Even though I knew exactly what i wanted, the sales associate was friendly and helped me get everything together. I had to return to upsize the bracelet as i made a mistake and bought it 2cm too small, the exchange was quick and easy.

They were very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. They where also very patient because theres so many charms to pick from. I’ve never been in a Pandora store and I was able to do my whole transaction in 30 minutes. Which is pretty fast considering all the charm we were looking at. I absolutely love my charm bracelet...

I almost walked by the store because it was so crowded, but I’m glad I took the chance and went in. I was helped immediately by a very knowledgeable sales associate. I came in with something in mind, but left with something better! No wait time, fabulous sales help, a beautiful holiday set in a zip around pouch with a holly leaf on it AND it was on sale for an incredible price! This was the Woodbridge Mall store and I will definitely be returning.
