The sales lady was really helpful in answering my questions and making me try my bracelets with different charms i tried. She was not knowledgeable on the material of the bracelet though.

I called and spoke to Tiffany and Chris They were both helpful Ididnt want to make the trip if the charm that I needed was not in by a specific day. They both helped me on the phone. I went to the store and was helped immediately. I was very pleased with my purchase and so was my grand daughter. I will return to purchase more charms in the near future.

Everyone in the store was very pleasant. Very friendly and courteous staff. The store is on the smaller side however it was a very nice experience

This location always has a sufficient amount of availability on merchandise. It is close to my home and the sales associates are helpful.
