The salesperson(Michael) was very respectful, friendly and patience. They were two pieces of jewelry that caught my eyes and it took me a long time to decide which one I wanted. Michael didn’t get nasty or seem upset he was very patient with me. A friendly staff would alwaysbhave my business. Thank you Michael for making my visit a pleasant one. Decide to buy for my mom loved it most likely will buy for myself

I was greeted when I walked in the store by Libia within 1 minute. She helped me pick out a nice bracket and charms for my wife's birthday. Even though I didn't want to open up another credit card she was polite and offered me a store card with discount which I appreciated. Overall I was very satisfied with my visit.

The employee were extremely welcoming and helpful. The store itself is so welcoming and feels like a fairytale whenever I go in there. Everything is so neat and organized, I found the ring I was looking for in 2 seconds

All staff was very friendly. Salesperson Kenny was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all of the questions I had. I will probably return back to the store to purchase more jewelry.
