David DeSousa was a extremely knowledgeable and fabulous sales associate. He was soooo patient with my mother who was looking at so many different charms. At the same time he was helping her, he created my beach bracelet by asking me just the right questions. The bracelet he created me for me was perfect. Also, he gave me information about my bracelet that no other sales associate gave me before such as the difference between the types of bracelets and the best way to keep the charms from falling off. He expertly matched the charms and gently told me when two seemed to clash. He was not at all judgmental instead offered me a two different choices instead of saying, "That clashes." After all the back and forth with my mom, she picked the ONE charm that was not in the book. David apologized and quickly set the situation right by looking up the item online.
