I received my Pandora bracelet as a gift through the mail. I needed a larger wrist size. The associate made exchanging the bracelet very easy. With her assistance I purchased pieces designed to safeguard and protect my gift. I am looking forward to further personalizing my bracelet. I also lucked up on a sale a walked away with a beautiful modern leather bracelet that I’m going to give to my niece so she can begin to build a bracelet of her own.

The salesman David was exceptional. Not only did he make educated suggestions he made sure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. He did not rush me but took time to show me everything that might work for my occasion. Went in to buy one charm left with three. I was very very please with my sales rep.

Salesperson Libia was very nice, pleasant and enthusiastic about her job she helped me as soon as I entered the store I didn't have to wait. She was very creative with designing the necklaces and bracelets she knew where everything was in the store she helped me with great ideas. I could see that she enjoyed her job which is important when working in retail. I must not forge she was very patient.
