Everything was Exactly what u expected

The Woodbridge Pandora store is my go to store and I live closer to the Menlo Park store. The customer service is great, the staff is knowledgeable and other staff is very helpful, they differently work as a team.

It was a quick trip. I don’t like to spend hours in the store and I was in and out

I Was taken as soon I got there.

I went to the Woodbridge Mall, Pandora and although it was crowded and a line was outside it was worth it. The salesperson Mildred was the BEST! She took time to show me the Pandora products and I was impressed, since this was my first time purchasing it. The Staff was also friendly too. I'm excited about being a Pandora customer. I came by to buy a special gift for my Godmother and also I got a special something for me too. Wow!!

Just for starters the minute I walked in to the store I was greeted with a warm smile. I went to the front desk where an item was being held and they got it to me very quickly. I was then told about the promotion that was going on and was ushered to a sales associate who was very knowledgeable. I am happy with my choices and how fast I was in and out of the store.

Thank you to my sales person for going that extra to ensure I left satisfied and happy with my purchase.

The associate was very attentive and although we were looking for a Godmother charm which you don’t carry the associate recommended a cross instead and we took his advice.
