SALE PERSON KNEW WHAT SHE WAS TALK ABOUT. THE PLACE WAS VERY CLEAN. TO EXCHANGE A ITEM WITH NO PROBLEM AT ALL. WILL BUY FROM THI LOCATION AGAIN.

Maria was really friendly and took her time with me. Even tho I had my 4 year old he was impatient. She also did a great job organizing and cleaning my bracelets. Thanks

Kenny was great! I mainly did this for Danielle the store manager. I had a few not so great store experience in the past. I told Danielle I wanted to exchange a few items because other locations did not have what I wanted and not so welcoming. Danielle Offered to help me. Danielle was patience/sweet. I needed something for me and my other sisters to have something to stay bonded/connected especially since our eldest sister just past. I shared with Danielle how amazing this experience has been because pandora has helped us have something special and irreplaceable between us. My sister lives on through the precious/unforgettable moments captured in each beautiful Pandora piece we all now share. Our bond is stronger than ever now, thank you Danielle for being that bridge and light that made it all work!!! I had to come leave feedback because this experience literally saved me. I past my 7 days to do survey but it didn’t matter I recently visited Woodbridge location just to say hi to Danielle and let her know I appreciate her. Pandora should be very proud to have someone like Danielle working for them.

My sales associate made me feel the most comfortably I've felt in all of my visits to pandora so far. He was very informative and sold me exactly what I needed. Kenny assisted with building me a beautiful bracelet I'm very much pleased with. Thanks again!
