The salesman was very polite. Once I gave him my name he recognized that he had help me in the past. I was exchanging 2 items that were damaged and cover under warranty he help me the best he could since i had purchased both online and he was only able to locate 1 through my transaction history. He inform me I would have to contact the corporate office to exchange the other item and made sure I had the number so I wouldn't be inconvenienced.

You can feel the good vibe in the store and team was very knowledgeable!
