The sales associate was so kind, patient and knowledgeable. She made sure I was happy with my purchase, and let me see all different styles and sizes. The store was clean, hand sanitizer everywhere and limited amount of people allowed at the same time. A really nice experience, with beautiful things!

i went there looking just for a charm. i ended up buying a chain and a charm. the associate told me about a promotion and instantly i wanted it.

Employees were really nice, very helpful, and kind when i went in i was not sure that i wanted anything but they help me out and i end up buying two rings.

I recently bought 2 bracelets one for me and my sister for her birthday. They were a little bit too big and I had a problem closing the clasp on one. I went to the store to exchange both and the process was quick and easy. The sales rep was very pleasant and covid protocols were being observed. No hassle at all. Love my bracelets.
