I went to exchange a bracelet that I purchased and I did not have a receipt due to the fact I sent it to my daughter because I bought merchandise for her as well and she lost it so they made me pay for part of my bracelet I thought this was a horrible way to solve my issue and it took part of the money I had intended to use for charm purchase I was gonna buy five other pieces this time around but decided not to after the terrible experience
