I've been coming to this particular store for about 3 years now. For the most part the service has been consistently solid. But, in this case the service was fantastic. And for once there wasn't a line waiting outside the store. I purchased 4 charms which I had viewed online earlier that day and the young lady know exactly what charms they were as I described them to her. They also had all 4 as I mentioned purchasing them.
