Barbara was very knowledgeable. I learned so much about this way the beads are made. She took her time to make sure that I found the perfect set for my mother in law.

The service provided was excellent. I went in and was greeted by a sales associate. The associates were very friendly and provided me with a clean and comfortable environment. I came in for a return while looking for other bracelets, it was an easy transaction and the sales associate helped me to assemble a bracelet while showing me a variety of charms of colors I wanted!

The store was very clean and nicely organized. They managed the number of clients allowed in the store at one time by posting a sign at the entrance with instructions to wait until called in.

Over the years I have bought 8 bracelets filled them with charms along with pendants and ring. I brought most in for cleaning not intending to purchase anything. The sales person didn’t hesitate to clean and redo all the charms in doing so her friendly manner made me feel like an old friend and I ended up buying 3 more charms. They are such great gifts. I bought one for my daughter and two granddaughters so I always know what to give for Christmas, birthdays and special milestones. I love the Wellington,Fl store so much that I drive 30 miles when there is a Pandora within 2 miles from my home. Service and friendliness makes all the difference
