My sales rep was knowledgeable and patient. Venicia took the time to make sure that I saw the charms that I would like without rushing the sale. She also helped me to decide on a beautiful necklace for my mother. Venicia has the exact customer service skills to keep customers coming back.

Placed the order online. Came as promised but I made a mistake in sizing. Went to store to exchanged I was treated exactly as I always wished, and the salesperson resolved promptly and knowlegably. Excellent service!!
