Once you are inside the associate are very knowledgeable about the product, they are patient and store was clean and well lit. My only complaint was the wait time to get in.

I love the product but as a handicap person waiting in line for long periods with being able to sit has made it difficult to even want to come back as for the employees they are very nice and knowledgeable
