The great customer service given by Ms.Arely, she was amazing and knowledgeable about what items Pandora, has and great suggestions about items.

I never have a bad experience. Sales associate always try help me find what might look great with what I already have. I saw a piece in the window and asked to see it and she immediately went and opened the case. I loved it so I asked her to put one together for me exactly the way it was on display. I literally walked away spending over 1300.00 on 2 separate transactions. 422.65 with Cindy with my moms charms and 844.24 on my display pieces. Associates are always attentive and polite. Brianna did a great job helping me use my gift cards and Liyah the manager helped me clean my bracelet and was very knowledgeable and friendly. Great store! They deserve a raise or promotion. I love buying from this location!

For the initial meet of my sales associate Barbara S, she was open and ready to help me. She was extremely informative about skipping the line with a Pandora credit card and other things I was unaware of when shopping with Pandora. She even encouraged me to shop in store.
