First, I ordered a ring online and when it arrived it was too big. I would have preferred if I had been allowed to make an exchange by mailing it back but Pandora didn't allow that. That meant I had to wait over two weeks to do the exchange so that was not convenient and it was a worry b/c I had to hold on to the package, etc. all that time AND find time to drive half an hour to the Pandora store. In lieu of all that and not loving that I had to make a trip to the store, when I walked in, I was greeted by Christy immediately. She was friendly and able to help instantly. She understood that the ring was too large and immediately started working on the exchange. The only hiccup was that she needed to get help to do the actual receipt for the exchange so I had to wait a few minutes for her to get help and then a few minutes for the process to be done. I was done in 10 minutes or less and very happy that I now have the ring in the right size. Please acknowledge Christy for being helpful, kind, thoughtful, efficient, and leaving me with a very positive impression of Pandora (I've only ever been in a Pandora store twice, including this visit).

Idara did a great job. We are very happy. Great service. We will definitely be back soon. She has a lot of patience for her customers.
