Kristina is amazing and God sent. I came yesterday to get my charms cleaned and I guessed I misunderstood the instructions and for some reasons my charms turned gold. I came back today in a panic thinking there was no solution but here come this angel God sent to the rescue. She was so sweet and patience. She helped me clean them, polished them and put them in order. She was so amazing I ended up spending three hundred plus on a bracelet for my best friend which she did an amazing job helping me with. You guys did an amazing job hiring someone so caring as her. Thanks for her. Edeline

Our sales associate, Barbara, was wonderful. She was very helpful and patient. The store was clean and other associates were kind and helpful as well. Our only dissatisfaction was with inventory. They had some not everything we had hoped to see. All in all it was a fun and great experience.

This Pandora store was very clean and as soon as I entered, I was greeted by the sales associate even though she was with another customer. Within a few seconds, the other sales associate came right to me.
